Who this covers

This policy describes how Stratum Expert Data, Inc. handles information collected through this website, including the Request Expert Capacity form. It is not a substitute for a project-level data processing agreement.

Information you submit

If you use the inquiry form, we receive the fields you choose to provide: typically a work email, company name, expert specification, and project description. Optional fields may include credentials, geography, hours, duration, and timing.

How that information is used

Inquiry data is used to evaluate whether we can staff a program and to respond to you. It is not used to build a public talent marketplace and it is not sold.

Analytics

If a measurement ID is configured, page views and selected events such as form start, form submit, and request-experts clicks may be recorded. IP anonymization is enabled when Google Analytics 4 is used. No analytics vendor is required for the site to function.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation, then deleted or archived according to the systems the company configures. Exact retention will be documented once a production CRM or mailbox is connected.
