Methodology
First-pass hours = items × minutes ÷ 60. Second-pass hours = items × double-review rate × minutes ÷ 60. Adjudication hours = items × adjudication rate × adjudication minutes ÷ 60.
Limitations
Minutes per item are an assumption until a pilot measures them. The calculator does not price scarcity, credentials, or security overhead.
